Grades will be based on problem sets and class participation with the following distribution.

Problem Set 1: 25%

Problem Set 2: 50%

Participation: 25%

Problem set 1 will be assigned on Oct 11 and will be due at the beginning of class on Oct 18

Problem set 2 will be assigned on Nov 1

Problem set 1 is due at the beginning of class on Oct 18

Problem Set 2 answers are due Answers are due by noon on 11/7/16 by email to Donna Modrell (dmodrell@fredhutch.org).
The answers will be posted on the website (by 11/21/16 or earlier). Please provide a campus or home mailing address so we can mail your problem set and final grade back to you.
